As part of our extended service at Vita Interiors we are happy to organise for you the manufacturing of our furniture in non-stock colours and finishes. Please feel free to discuss your requirements with our sales staff.

 

In order for you to understand the nature of a custom order and the time scale involved here is how it works behind the scenes. For us to offer competitive affordable prices, all our furniture is manufactured in full container orders, not on an individual basis. Upon receiving your deposited order we may be close to the point we can commission at the factory or we may need more time to batch further requirements. Once our container order has been placed with the appropriate manufacturer it takes approximately 8 weeks for manufacturing and shipping into our UK warehouse.

 

So as you can now understand the timescale for this whole process is not pre-determined at point of order, however we will always endeavour to give you as much information as available regarding the approximate ETA.

 

If you are working on a project which has deadlines please inform us during initial discussions.
