The Charles Eames DAR Style Bucket Chair is a high Quality reproduction in the style of the original design.
The design of this armchair was first presented in 1948 at the Museum of Modern Art's competition 'Low cost furniture design' in New York. It was the first mass-produced chair made of fibreglass reinforced plastic. DAR (Dinning Armchair Rod) fibreglass shell is manufactured by us on a Eiffel Tower base fitted with rubber feet.
